ADUs, Duplexes, Triplexes and Multifamily – see below

The pricing for attached ADUs, duplexes and triplexes is based on the total square footage and the number of units in the property. To get the proper pricing, start by pricing the total square footage of all of the units and then add $100 for each additional unit. For example, an 1,850 total square foot duplex would be $450 based on the single family home pricing plus $100 for the additional unit or $550 total. Please contact us for a custom quote to get pricing for multifamily homes with more than three units. Detached units with their own address are priced separately as single family homes.

We provide the Short-Term Rental Fire & Life Safety Inspection that is required by the City of Hood River for $200. This is a limited inspection that addresses only those items required for your STR application and renewal.

For the inspection of homes built between 1951 and 1978, an additional fee of $75 is added. For homes built between 1923 and 1950, an additional fee of $100 is added. For homes built prior to 1923, an additional fee of $175 is added. This fee helps cover the increased costs associated with inspecting older homes including additional inspection time and difficulty, to provide you with a thorough report.
