  • Inspections typically last between 2.5 – 4 hours, dependent upon the age, size, and condition of the property.
  • The option to add Radon Testing, a Sewer Scope Inspection, Water Quality Testing, additional outbuildings you want inspected and a Manufactured Home Foundation Certification are available when choosing Add-On Services.
  • After scheduling your inspection I will confirm it in our software, you’ll then receive an email confirming the Inspection date, time, and address. Also inside of this email will be a link to your Inspection Dashboard where you’ll find the inspection agreement that you can sign from your smartphone or a PC, and a link to make payment.
